Guest Service Assistant – Front Office

About the role

We are looking for a Guest Service Assistant to join the front‑office team at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina. In this full‑time position you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering warm and professional service that reflects the brand’s standards of Arabian hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently.
• Respond promptly to guest enquiries, requests and concerns.
• Provide accurate information on hotel facilities, dining venues, local attractions and transportation.
• Handle guest complaints and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate guest records, reservations and front‑office documentation while ensuring confidentiality.
• Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Concierge, Reservations, Security and other teams to ensure seamless operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within a four‑ or five‑star hotel.
• Ability to work with multicultural teams and guests.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional demeanor with a focus on delivering memorable guest experiences.
