Guest Service Associate – Front Desk

About the role

You will join the Front Office team, delivering seamless arrivals, departures, and memorable interactions for guests. Reporting to the Front Office Supervisor, you will collaborate closely with Concierge, Housekeeping, Guest Relations, and Bell Services to ensure an exceptional level of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver warm, efficient check‑ins and check‑outs while adhering to service standards.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to inquiries, and maintain positive guest relations.
• Resolve guest complaints professionally to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate guest accounts, process payments, and follow cashiering procedures.
• Communicate guest information, special requests, and VIP details to relevant departments.
• Manage room assignments, reservation updates, and daily status reports with precision.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar guest‑facing role.
• Strong attention to detail, able to work quickly, accurately, and exercise good judgment under pressure.
• Confidence using property management systems and entering information swiftly.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team while maintaining confidentiality.
• Adaptable, organized, and calm when delivering exceptional service to guests from around the world.
