About the role
As a Guest Service Line Agent you will be the first point of contact for guests calling the dedicated telephone line, handling their requests and ensuring a memorable stay in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Comply with the customer service strategy by efficiently managing all guest requests through the telephone line.
- Personalise the guest experience, anticipate needs and exceed expectations.
- Inform and offer hotel and destination services, applying upselling and cross‑selling techniques to maximise extra revenue.
- Manage customer incidents following established protocols and departmental manuals.
- Utilise departmental management tools for daily operational control and verify material orders according to guidelines.
