Guest Service Officer – Russian Speaker

About the role

We are seeking a passionate, energetic Guest Service Officer who speaks Russian to join the Front Office team at Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai. As the first point of contact, you will create welcoming, personalized experiences for guests throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest check‑in and check‑out procedures accurately, including room assignments, registration, billing and payment processing.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests and concerns, ensuring timely resolution and high satisfaction.
• Handle complaints and service‑recovery situations with professionalism and empathy.
• Provide detailed information on hotel facilities, promotions, loyalty programmes and local attractions.
• Process reservations, room changes, special requests and maintain guest profiles in accordance with Hyatt standards.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Operate Front Office systems, maintain guest records and perform cashiering duties such as cash handling, foreign‑currency exchange and billing reconciliation.
• Uphold Hyatt brand standards, health‑safety, security and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Fluent Russian language skills, both spoken and written.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a genuine hospitality mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
