Guest Services Ambassador – Luxury/VIP Guest Relations

About the role

Aldar Retail Management is launching a premier luxury destination in Abu Dhabi and seeks Guest Services Ambassadors to deliver exceptional hospitality. Ambassadors rotate across three complementary roles, gaining a broad skill set in luxury guest relations, cultural storytelling and concierge services.

Key responsibilities

• Signature Moments Officer – welcome guests, coordinate valet, host VIPs/VVIPs, manage arrivals and farewells, and provide refreshments or departure gifts.
• Cultural Mediator – design personalised itineraries, lead tours with elegant storytelling about art, architecture and brands, and ensure deep cultural engagement.
• Concierge – prepare visits, handle special requests, bookings, reservations and deliveries, anticipate guest needs with discretion.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and at least one other language (Arabic, Russian or Chinese preferred).
• Passionate about culture, art, design and refined lifestyle environments.
• Elegant presentation with excellent interpersonal, communication skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable operating in luxury, high‑profile client‑facing settings and respectful of Emirati customs and protocol.
