Guest Services Executive – Executive Lounge

About the role

The Guest Services Executive will be the first point of contact for guests entering the Executive Lounge at Madinat Jumeirah. You will ensure a warm welcome, manage lounge operations and support guests throughout their stay, maintaining the high standards expected of a luxury resort.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival, register them, and issue room keys using the welcome booklet.
• Process guest payments on departure and close bills accurately.
• Assist guests with any requests or requirements during their stay.
• Maintain the lounge’s operational readiness, ensuring it is staffed, stocked, and clean at all times.
• Serve food and beverage in line with Premium Leisure Club standards.
• Handle enquiries, problems and complaints with discretion and professionalism.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year guest‑service experience in a luxury hotel environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using front‑office software, preferably Opera.
