Guest Services Operator

About the role

As a Guest Services Operator you will be the first voice of the hotel, handling inbound calls and assisting guests with their inquiries. You will ensure each interaction reflects the luxury standards of the property and contributes to an unforgettable guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls with warmth and professionalism, providing a welcoming first impression.
• Share information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options.
• Resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly, escalating to management when necessary.
• Direct guests to the appropriate departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain accurate logs of calls, messages, and follow‑up requests.
• Collaborate with front desk, housekeeping, and other teams to deliver a cohesive experience.
• Stay familiar with emergency procedures and safety protocols.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of luxury hotel operations and service protocols.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience preferred.
• Personality that embraces diversity and authenticity.
