Handover Coordinator

About the role

Kaizen Asset Management Services is looking for an organized, detail‑oriented Handover Coordinator to oversee the full property handover lifecycle for residential and commercial assets in the UAE. You will act as the central liaison between developers, owners, tenants, maintenance teams and internal departments, ensuring every handover complies with Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate all handover activities for assigned properties.
• Prepare and verify handover checklists, inspection reports, snagging lists and DLD/RERA‑compliant documentation.
• Conduct pre‑handover inspections and work with technical teams to resolve defects.
• Communicate timelines, status updates and action items to owners, tenants, developers and internal stakeholders.
• Arrange and attend formal handover meetings, obtain sign‑offs and maintain accurate records.
• Manage handover files digitally, update Excel trackers and monitor progress.
• Follow up on post‑handover rectifications and close out issues within agreed timelines.
• Support Emiratization goals by collaborating with local teams and authorities.

Required profile

• High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in property handover, real‑estate administration, project coordination or client relations in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of DLD/RERA handover processes and documentation.
• Clear professional communication in English; Arabic or Tagalog is a strong advantage.
• Valid UAE residency and driving licence preferred.
