About the role

The Head of Integrated Marketing Services will shape and deliver Dubai Airports’ brand narrative across all internal and external audiences. Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure consistent, high‑quality messaging that supports business objectives and strengthens stakeholder confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies for Dubai Airports and its brands.
• Create cohesive, cross‑channel plans, calendars, and activities aligned with brand strategy and corporate priorities.
• Partner with internal teams and external agencies to maintain consistent messaging across all channels.
• Manage planning, timelines, scope, and budgets for marketing and communications initiatives.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, align objectives across functions, and manage expectations throughout project lifecycles.
• Prepare performance reports and insights for senior leadership, highlighting outcomes and recommendations.
• Ensure all activities comply with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining strong governance and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience, including 7‑10 years in integrated marketing and communications roles.
• Proven track record developing and delivering multi‑channel marketing strategies.
• Experience in brand management, campaign planning, stakeholder engagement, and performance measurement.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience working with agencies, suppliers, and external partners on complex initiatives.
