Head of Cybersecurity Testing Lab

About the role

We are looking for a senior leader to define the vision, manage operations and drive technical excellence of our Cybersecurity Testing Lab in Dubai. You will shape research, testing and validation activities while building strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall strategy for the research, testing and validation labs.
• Supervise development of test plans, vulnerability research schedules and private bounty programs.
• Ensure lab analysts, processes, tools and technology meet international standards.
• Oversee client engagement, delivering high‑quality research and testing outcomes.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of analysts, engineers and researchers.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Security, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in testing and validation, including leadership of lab environments.
• Proven commercial and people‑management skills with a client‑focused mindset.
• Track record of building testing labs or infrastructure from scratch is highly desirable.
