Head of Finance – Dubai

About the role

Bikanervala UAE is looking for a seasoned finance leader to head its finance function in Dubai. The role demands a strategic mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to drive financial performance in a fast‑growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all finance and accounting operations.
• Direct financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Monitor cost control measures and implement initiatives to improve profitability.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, internal policies and audit requirements.
• Prepare and analyse financial statements to support strategic decision‑making.
• Mentor and develop the finance team while promoting operational excellence.
• Collaborate with senior management on business strategy and financial planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related discipline.
• Proven leadership experience in finance management, preferably at a mid‑level.
• Strong analytical, decision‑making and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced business environment.
