Head of Finance – Healthcare (Dubai Festival City)

About the role

HealthHub, part of the Al‑Futtaim Group, is looking for a highly experienced Head of Finance to lead financial strategy and operations across its healthcare division in Dubai Festival City. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will drive performance, support growth initiatives and provide strategic financial leadership for multiple healthcare entities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning.
• Oversee monthly management reporting and financial performance analysis.
• Drive business performance reviews, identifying risks, opportunities and cost‑optimisation strategies.
• Lead financial modelling and feasibility studies for new clinics, expansions and investments.
• Support mergers, acquisitions and investment activities, including due diligence and business case evaluation.
• Ensure robust financial governance, internal controls and compliance across the division.
• Manage group reporting, audit, tax and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with executive leadership to deliver data‑driven decision‑making and strategy execution.
• Develop and implement SOPs, Delegations of Authority and financial policies.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing finance team across multiple entities.

Required profile

• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Proven experience in the healthcare sector (hospitals, clinics or healthcare groups).
• Strong expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• 10–15+ years of finance experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Experience managing multi‑entity or group‑level finance operations.
• Highly desirable exposure to M&A, due diligence and integration projects.
