Head of Finance – Healthcare (Dubai)

About the role

HealthHub, part of Al-Futtaim Health, is seeking an experienced Head of Healthcare Finance to lead financial performance, strategic planning, and commercial finance activities across a growing network of outpatient clinics, diagnostic operations, and future hospital expansion initiatives. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the role partners closely with operational and clinical leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Drive financial performance across clinics and healthcare business units.
• Partner with operational leaders to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Monitor physician productivity, revenue trends, patient volumes, service‑line performance, and payer mix.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial and operational outcomes.
• Support business growth and healthcare service development initiatives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range financial planning processes.
• Develop financial models and strategic business cases for new clinic developments and hospital projects.
• Deliver meaningful financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Ensure robust financial controls, compliance, governance, and audit readiness.
• Oversee monthly management reporting and financial performance reviews.
• Manage statutory requirements and external audit relationships.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing finance team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA or CFAM.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership position.
• Extensive healthcare finance experience within hospitals, healthcare groups, medical centres, clinic networks, day‑surgery centres or multi‑site operations.
• Demonstrated expertise in healthcare FP&A, business partnering, physician productivity analysis, revenue‑cycle KPIs, payer‑mix analysis, multi‑site performance management and investment business‑case development.
