Head of Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

The Head of Financial Planning & Analysis leads the FP&A function for Al-Futtaim Technologies' Financial Services division, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and pricing strategies across both B2B and B2C portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Manage FP&A activities for all FS entities, including budget and forecast reviews.
• Prepare and present the monthly FRM deck, highlighting key variances at entity and consolidated levels.
• Develop and maintain financial consolidation processes in partnership with Group Finance.
• Lead pricing management, aligning tender requirements, pricing simulations, and contract financials.
• Design and standardise pricing calculators and automated lease‑rate tools for sales teams.
• Govern pricing activities, ensuring margin control, policy compliance, and reduced turnaround times.
• Oversee system governance, Delegation of Authority, and prepare dashboards on wins, revenue, and margins.
• Ensure timely compliance with group reporting deadlines and mentor junior analysts.

Required profile

• CA, CWA, CMA, or MBA with a strong finance background.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and pricing.
• Proven leadership and ability to influence without direct authority.
• Strong analytical mindset and financial acumen.
