About the role

The Head of Primary will lead the primary years curriculum based on the National Curriculum for England at our Dubai campus. This senior position oversees teaching quality, student welfare, and staff development, ensuring a high‑standard learning environment for all pupils.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Primary years curriculum (National Curriculum for England).
• Design and deliver professional development training programmes for staff.
• Liaise with parents and provide regular reports on students’ academic and social progress.
• Support students with special needs and coordinate with the school nurse to ensure safety and welfare.
• Conduct lesson observations, performance appraisals, and teacher hiring interviews.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in UAE/Gulf British Curriculum schools.
• Available to start immediately.
• Ability to authenticate and submit required documents promptly after interview.
