Head of Procurement (Russian language required)

About the role

AMPM is looking for a Head of Procurement to lead its purchasing function and support the production of premium bathroom products. The role combines strategic planning, cost optimisation and team leadership in a fast‑growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and control all company procurement processes.
• Develop and implement the overall procurement strategy.
• Manage procurement budget and drive cost optimisation.
• Monitor delivery deadlines and quality standards.
• Oversee turnover, stock levels, inventory analysis and demand forecasting.
• Coordinate with logistics, production and finance departments.
• Lead, train and develop the procurement team.
• Prepare reports and analytics on procurement activities.
• Select, evaluate and develop suppliers, handling negotiations.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a managerial procurement role.
• Fluent in English and Russian (written and spoken).
• Analytical mindset, strategic thinking and strong organisational skills.
