Head of Product, Exchange-Traded Products

About the role

Tickmill is seeking a Head of Product, Exchange‑Traded Products to lead the expansion of its Stocks & ETF offering. You will define product strategy, roadmap and business objectives while shaping the trading and investing experience across web and mobile platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the growth of Tickmill’s Stocks, ETFs and related investment products.
• Define product strategy, roadmap and business objectives for exchange‑traded offerings.
• Lead the end‑to‑end trading experience, including market data, order management, portfolio views and reporting.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX/UI, Compliance, Brokerage, Sales, Marketing and other stakeholders to deliver products from concept to market.
• Prioritise features based on customer needs, regulatory requirements and technical feasibility.
• Work with exchanges, market‑data providers, clearing brokers and custodians to scale the product suite.
• Support acquisition, activation, retention and engagement initiatives with Sales, Marketing and Partnerships.
• Establish KPIs and continuously optimise client adoption, trading activity and commercial performance.

Required profile

• 7+ years of product‑management experience.
• 3+ years building or managing Stocks, ETFs, Equities or other exchange‑traded products in a brokerage, fintech or wealth‑management environment.
• Strong understanding of equities market structure, order management, trade execution, settlement, custody and market data.
• Proven track record of launching, scaling and optimising trading or investment products.
• Experience designing customer journeys and product UX using analytics and experimentation.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management, analytical, strategic thinking and communication skills.
• Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication.
