Head of Production

About the role

The Head of Production will lead the end‑to‑end creation of the Academy’s educational and promotional content, overseeing video, podcast, social media, events and multimedia projects. Reporting to the CEO, this senior leader ensures that all outputs align with the Academy’s mission to empower entrepreneurs, innovators and future leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Academy’s production strategy and annual roadmap.
• Manage all production activities across video, podcast, digital learning, events and branded content.
• Establish production standards, workflows and quality‑control processes.
• Oversee studio, field and event productions from concept through delivery.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of producers, videographers, editors, motion‑graphic designers, photographers and freelancers.
• Develop and monitor production budgets, resource allocation and cost‑effective practices.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners, including speakers, entrepreneurs and vendors.
• Direct technical and logistical planning for live, hybrid and virtual events.
• Introduce new production technologies and AI‑powered tools to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in content production, media, broadcasting or digital content.
• Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Film, Communications, Digital Media, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale multimedia projects and teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
