Head of Property Management & Business Development

About the role

Rocky Real Estate is looking for a senior leader to head its Property Management department while driving business development across Dubai. The role combines operational oversight of residential and commercial portfolios with proactive acquisition of new landlord instructions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations of the property management team, overseeing tenancy administration, maintenance, and service delivery.
• Manage and develop the Business Development Manager and Property Management Administrator, setting targets and performance standards.
• Define and execute the business development strategy, generating new management instructions through prospecting, networking and direct outreach.
• Prepare portfolio reports, monitor risks, and ensure compliance with Dubai tenancy regulations (RERA, Ejari, DLD).

Required profile

• Significant experience in Dubai property management with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to guide, motivate and develop a small team.
• Strong commercial mindset, confident in pitching, negotiating and closing new business.
• Valid UAE driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM and property management systems.
• Advanced use of Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
