Head Of Revenue Operations

About the role

Property Finder is seeking a Head of Revenue Operations to lead its end‑to‑end commercial operating model across the MENA region. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will act as a strategic partner to senior sales leaders, translating commercial strategy into actionable processes that drive growth and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CRO to define and execute go‑to‑market and commercial strategies.
• Lead annual planning, forecasting, target setting, territory design and resource allocation.
• Own customer segmentation, commission design and CRM operational excellence.
• Identify and drive growth opportunities across acquisition, retention, pricing, cross‑sell and upsell.
• Manage the full order‑to‑cash cycle, including contracting, invoicing, payment and revenue recognition.
• Establish and run the Deal Desk, overseeing pricing, discounts and non‑standard commercial terms.
• Collaborate with Finance to improve collections, cash conversion and overdue balance accountability.
• Remove operational friction across sales onboarding, renewals, billing and collections.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading revenue or commercial operations in a fast‑growing, multi‑market environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data, technology and AI to drive performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior leadership and board‑level forums.
• Track record of designing scalable processes, policies and controls that balance speed, growth and risk.
