Head of Supply Chain

About the role

The Head of Supply Chain will build and lead the supply chain function for NATS' Growth organisation, establishing policies, processes and supplier relationships that support international expansion. This senior position reports to senior leadership and works closely with the Head of Commercial and Group Supply Chain.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end supplier lifecycle management, from sourcing and vetting to onboarding, performance oversight and exit.
• Develop and maintain downstream contracting arrangements, ensuring alignment with upstream customer commitments.
• Collaborate with NATS Group Supply Chain to leverage ISO certification, governance frameworks and the broader supplier base.
• Drive commercial and risk‑managed sourcing strategies that enable growth while controlling cost.
• Influence cross‑functional teams in a matrix environment without direct reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior supply chain or procurement leadership, preferably in fast‑growing, international contexts.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across matrix organisations.
