Head of Vertical Sales – UAE

About the role

Siemens Digital Industries is seeking a dynamic leader to head its Vertical Sales operations across the United Arab Emirates. Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive growth, profitability and digital transformation for customers in the discrete and process industries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of first‑level sales managers, overseeing workforce planning and talent development.
• Define and execute sales strategies aligned with market trends, customer priorities and Siemens’ broader objectives.
• Manage go‑to‑market plans, ensuring effective positioning of Siemens’ automation and digital solutions.
• Monitor pipeline performance, quota attainment and key sales KPIs, adjusting tactics as needed.
• Oversee budget planning, resource allocation and financial targets to achieve revenue and order‑intake growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading sales teams in industrial or digital‑technology environments.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics in the UAE and the wider Middle‑East region.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

• Experience with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
• Ability to analyse sales data and drive performance improvements.
