Head - Transformation

About the role

The Head of Transformation will lead enterprise‑wide initiatives that turn Dubai Airports’ corporate strategy into measurable outcomes across DXB and DWC. Reporting to the Strategy & Development group, you will shape roadmaps, manage cross‑functional delivery and ensure benefits realization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute phased transformation roadmaps aligned with corporate strategy.
• Drive work‑stream activities, embedding change management, readiness and adoption.
• Provide executive‑level updates on progress, risks, options and impacts.
• Manage cross‑functional dependencies, critical paths and risk registers.
• Partner with Strategy & Development, Digital and business leaders to implement operating‑model and capability changes.
• Develop and continuously improve enterprise change‑management capability.
• Define, track and realize benefits, ensuring delivery against approved business cases.
• Monitor initiative KPIs and recommend corrective actions.
• Advise senior leaders on sequencing, trade‑offs and delivery risks.

Required profile

• Degree in Strategy, Business or a related field.
• 10–12 years of professional experience, including 5–7 years in transformation, strategy execution or change management within aviation or airport environments.
• Proven track record leading complex, cross‑functional programmes in large, matrixed organisations.
• Strong analytical ability to translate data and business cases into clear narratives for senior stakeholders.
