About the role

As the Head Waiter for Banqueting at Atlantis Dubai, you will lead the service team to deliver exceptional fine‑dining experiences for banquet guests. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless service from seating to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat banquet guests, establishing a professional and friendly rapport.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the food and beverage menu and promotional offers.
• Provide specialist advice to guests and support colleagues on menu items.
• Monitor the consistency and quality of food and beverage service throughout events.
• Escalate major issues or complaints to management promptly.
• Assist the service team with hands‑on support during high‑volume periods.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar head waiter or banquet service role.
• Proven track record in a high‑volume restaurant or hotel setting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a diverse clientele.
• Team‑player attitude with strong multitasking capabilities.
