About the role
The Healthcare Assistant will work under the direct supervision of registered nursing staff at Royal Hospital Dubai Investment Park, providing safe and compassionate patient care in line with NMC Nursing values.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver patient care and services promptly and safely under supervision.
- Identify and report opportunities for improvement following the chain of command.
- Assist with escorting patients within the clinical setting.
- Support patients with appointment bookings and perform clerical tasks.
- Transport patient specimens to the laboratory.
- Perform other duties within the scope of the role as assigned.
Required profile
- Willingness to work across different departments when needed.
- Ability to manage personal professional re‑licensure.
- Valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support Provider qualification.
- Clear and effective communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
Required skills
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
