About the role
This position provides essential support to nursing staff in delivering safe, compassionate, and individualized care to patients at Royal Khalifa City Hospital. Working under direct supervision, you will assist with patient care, administrative tasks, and specimen transport.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver safe and timely patient care under the supervision of registered or assistant nurses.
- Support the escort of patients within the clinical setting.
- Assist patients with new appointment bookings and perform related clerical duties.
- Transport patient specimens to the laboratory efficiently.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and escalate issues according to the chain of command.
- Perform other duties within your scope and ability as assigned.
Required profile
- Ability to work under direct supervision of registered nursing staff.
- Strong commitment to patient safety and compassionate care.
- Good organizational skills for handling appointments and clerical tasks.
- Willingness to follow hospital protocols and escalation procedures.
