Healthcare Operations Consultant (AI Lab) – Part‑time

About the role

We are partnering with a leading foundational AI lab to train its newest language model on real‑world healthcare operations tasks. As a part‑time Healthcare Operations Consultant you will work remotely, applying your expertise to create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks that support hospital and health‑system workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and review AI‑generated patient throughput and bed utilization models.
• Design care pathway and clinical workflow redesign proposals.
• Build service‑line performance dashboards and payer‑contract analysis decks.
• Create staffing ratio, labor‑cost optimization models, and quality‑safety improvement reports.
• Provide feedback to improve the AI model’s accuracy and relevance across core healthcare workflows.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in hospital operations, health‑system consulting, or care‑delivery redesign.
• Direct ownership of patient throughput, service‑line performance, or staffing/reimbursement modeling projects.
• Proven ability to brief senior hospital executives or health‑system leadership.
• Excellent written communication and meticulous attention to detail.

• Expert‑level document, spreadsheet, and slide‑deck craftsmanship.
