HOP Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for a HOP Site Team Leader to join Deliveroo’s rapid grocery delivery operation in Dubai. In this hands‑on role you will support site management to maximise customer satisfaction, productivity and inventory accuracy while leading the shift team to deliver operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the on‑site team, coordinating with site management to meet company objectives and performance targets.
• Prioritise and execute shift tasks, ensuring smooth order picking, packing and dispatch within tight time‑targets.
• Supervise compliance with packaging service‑level agreements and quality standards for every order.
• Maintain stock accuracy, control inventory levels and minimise waste across the site.
• Enforce company standard operating procedures, health‑and‑safety and legal compliance.
• Monitor and improve key performance metrics such as order accuracy, productivity and customer satisfaction.
