Hospitality Support Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Hospitality Support Executive to deliver high‑quality service and technical assistance for our hospitality software solutions. You will act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support to hospitality customers, handling inquiries via phone, email and ticketing system.
• Log, update and close tickets in the help‑desk system while maintaining accurate records.
• Create and maintain end‑user and internal documentation to aid problem resolution.
• Stay current on industry trends by attending trade shows and reviewing relevant publications.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience with hospitality solution providers.
• Strong ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users.
• Background in customer service with a focus on problem resolution.
• Familiarity with database structures and terminology, especially MS SQL.
• Domain knowledge in hospitality, amusement or leisure industries is a plus.
