Hostess (Arabic Speaking Preferred)

About the role
We are looking for a friendly and professional Hostess to join our front‑of‑house team at Millennium Hotels and Resorts in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will greet guests, maintain a welcoming environment and support the service staff, with a preference for Arabic language skills.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the entrance area and display counters clean, tidy, fresh and visually appealing.
- Arrange promotional material, flyers and newspapers ensuring they are up‑to‑date and presentable.
- Answer telephone calls clearly and politely following service standards.
- Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and events to guests.
- Assist service staff with prompt clearing of tables during and after service.
- Perform all duties in line with departmental manuals and SOPs.
Required profile
- Minimum two years experience in a similar hostess or waitress role.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
- Strong communication skills with intermediate English proficiency.
- Good verbal and written English.
- Knowledge of POS systems and telephone etiquette.
