About the role
You will provide an excellent and consistent level of service to customers in the hotel's restaurants and Food & Beverage outlets.
Key responsibilities
- Receive guests in the hotel's restaurants and Food & Beverage outlets.
- Manage the inventory of the outlet.
- Assist the service staff whenever necessary.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Minimum 2 years' work experience in hotel operations.
- Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
