About the role

The Hostess at Conrad Dubai welcomes guests, assists them to their seats, and ensures a warm farewell, contributing to an exceptional guest experience. You will work closely with the restaurant team to uphold the highest standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest queries in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings and all products.
• Follow correct reporting procedures when issues arise.
• Adhere to Hilton grooming standards, uniform dress code, cleanliness, and personal hygiene.
• Answer calls courteously, take accurate messages, and forward them promptly.
• Understand and manage the restaurant’s seating arrangements.
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health‑safety legislation.
