About the role
We are looking for a friendly and professional Hostess to be the first point of contact for guests at Avani Ibn Battuta Dubai Hotel. You will ensure a warm welcome, manage reservations and seating, and support the Food & Beverage team in delivering excellent service.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and timely restaurant operations.
- Adhere to hotel policies, SOPs, and grooming standards.
- Greet and seat guests with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Maintain professional telephone etiquette and handle reservation inquiries accurately.
- Stay knowledgeable about restaurant and hotel services to assist guests effectively.
- Ensure the restaurant front is always covered and the entrance remains inviting.
Required profile
- Team‑player with a friendly, courteous demeanor.
- Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards.
- Strong understanding of hotel policies and standard operating procedures.
- Excellent communication skills for both in‑person and telephone interactions.
