About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Hostess to join our team at Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth service throughout their dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a courteous manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain a clean and fully set‑up dining area before each service.
• Handle telephone reservations with proper etiquette and follow reservation policies.
• Provide accurate information about restaurant and hotel services.
• Collect guest feedback and address any issues promptly, escalating to managers when necessary.
• Support the team during busy periods, including cashier duties and table closing.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality, generosity, and warm guest interaction.
• Strong personal discipline, grooming standards, and adherence to hotel policies.
• Excellent communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
