About the role

As a Hostess at DELANO Dubai, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a warm and polished first impression in a luxury hospitality setting. You will manage reservations, seating, and guest flow while ensuring the brand’s high standards are consistently delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a refined, courteous demeanor, setting an immediate sense of arrival and comfort.
• Accurately manage reservations, capture special requests, and communicate details to the service team.
• Organise table allocations to balance sections, optimise service flow and maintain optimal guest experience.
• Monitor guest arrivals, wait times and table turnover to keep restaurant operations smooth and well‑paced.
• Engage with waiting guests, providing attentive service and information about the venue.
• Handle walk‑in guests and waiting lists fairly, ensuring clear communication and a positive journey.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality environments such as high‑end hotels, restaurants or beach clubs.
• Exceptional communication skills with a warm, polished guest approach.
• Strong understanding of reservation systems, seating management and restaurant operations.
• Ability to remain calm, composed and guest‑focused in a fast‑paced setting.
• Team‑player attitude with effective coordination with front‑of‑house and kitchen teams.
