About the role

Join the Food and Beverage team at FIVE Hotels and Resorts in Dubai as a Hostess, delivering exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests with enthusiasm, setting a positive tone for their stay.
• Engage guests in lively conversation, ensuring a memorable and personalized experience.
• Maintain professional, “Insta‑worthy” appearance in line with FIVE’s grooming standards.
• Collaborate with the FIVER tribe and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Adapt to a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience as a Hostess in a luxury hotel setting.
• Outgoing, approachable personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented mindset with a “can‑do” attitude.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Customer service expertise with a focus on satisfaction and profitability.
