About the role
Join the Food & Beverage Division at One&Only One Za'abeel, a sophisticated urban oasis in Dubai. As a hostess you will be the first point of contact, creating a welcoming and memorable arrival experience for guests across a variety of dining venues.
Key responsibilities
- Manage reservations and coordinate seating arrangements to optimise guest flow.
- Ensure smooth operation of the restaurant in line with hotel standards and procedures.
- Work closely with the service team to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, presentation and guest satisfaction at all times.
- Assist during busy service periods while upholding a warm and courteous demeanor.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar hostess role within a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage confidently with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organisational abilities to manage busy service periods efficiently.
- High standard of personal presentation and a genuine passion for hospitality.
