About the role
We are looking for a friendly and attentive Hostess to join the Mina's Kitchen team at Westin Dubai Marina. You will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a smooth dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Set and arrange tables according to restaurant standards.
- Communicate guest orders and special requests to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages, checking on guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, work stations, and service supplies.
- Handle guest transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Follow safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Less than one year of related hospitality experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods on varied surfaces.
- Physical capability to lift up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance) and reach overhead.
Required skills
- No specific technical skills required.
