Hostess – Restaurant Front‑of‑House

About the role

Join the Food & Beverage team at Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental in Abu Dhabi as a Hostess. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth seating experience in a luxury 5‑star environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant’s table settings during opening procedures, ensuring all items are clean and in good repair.
• Arrange the seating plan according to reservations and manager requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness of chair and sofa cushions and set up the hostess desk to brand standards.
• Greet guests courteously, seat them as per their preferences, and assist with service when needed.
• Handle telephone bookings and inquiries, following the hotel’s service standards.
