About the role
Fundamental Hospitality is seeking an experienced Restaurant Hostess who speaks Russian to join the Alaya venue in Dubai. The role involves welcoming guests and supporting the restaurant team while ensuring a high‑standard experience for Russian‑speaking patrons. Founded in 2011, Fundamental Hospitality unifies leading lifestyle concepts across the Middle East and Europe, operating brands such as Gaia, Shanghai Me, Alaya, La Maison Ani, Piatti, Izu Burger, Scalini and Cipriani.
Key responsibilities
Required profile
- Previous experience in a similar role within high‑end restaurant concepts.
- Fluent in English and Russian; additional European languages are a plus.
- Currently based in Dubai and available for a trial shift.
