Hotel Cleanliness Expert

About the role

The Hotel Cleanliness Expert is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms and public areas at The St. Regis Abu Dhabi. Working as part of the Housekeeping team, you will ensure every guest enjoys a pristine and welcoming environment throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and return the master key and daily work assignments.
• Make up guest rooms and perform nightly turndown service.
• Clean and maintain marble, granite floors, carpets, wallpapers, furniture, and bathrooms daily.
• Tidy guest items according to established procedures.
• Keep the work environment clean and orderly.
• Report defects on fixed assets, furniture, and equipment.
• Log all Lost & Found items and any unusual or suspicious observations to Housekeeping.

Required profile

• Full‑time availability with a non‑management position.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow hotel cleaning standards.
• Excellent communication skills to attend to guest needs.
• Reliability in handling keys, assignments, and reporting duties.
