About the role

The Guest Environment Expert at Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah is responsible for delivering a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests. This role goes beyond routine housekeeping, contributing to a memorable and unique guest experience through meticulous attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms, suites, and public areas.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and deliver requested items.
• Stock housekeeping carts, replenish supplies, and ensure equipment is ready for use.
• Follow all safety, health, and quality standards, including lifting and moving objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Adhere to Marriott policies, confidentiality requirements, and professional uniform standards.

Required profile

• Physical ability to stand, walk, and be on feet for extended periods.
• Capability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place items weighing up to 50 lb.
• Professional demeanor with a focus on safety, quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Commitment to following company procedures and maintaining confidentiality.
