About the role

As a Hotel Cleanliness Expert – Public Area Attendant you will help create a memorable guest experience by maintaining the appearance and hygiene of all public spaces within the hotel. You will work as part of Marriott’s Guest Environment team, ensuring that every corridor, lobby, and communal area reflects the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize public areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms.
• Restock cleaning carts and supplies, ensuring all equipment is ready for use.
• Respond promptly to guest requests related to public‑area cleanliness.
• Follow safety procedures and lift objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Maintain uniform, personal appearance, and professional communication at all times.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
• Commitment to a safe workplace and adherence to company policies.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high‑quality cleanliness.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Physical stamina to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lb.
