Hotel Cleanliness Expert – Room Attendant

About the role

As a Hotel Cleanliness Expert – Room Attendant you will play a key part in delivering a memorable guest experience at Westin Dubai Marina. You will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and hygiene of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring every stay feels fresh and welcoming.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, making beds, replenishing amenities and ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
• Maintain public spaces such as lobbies, corridors and elevators, keeping them tidy and presentable.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, stock carts, and deliver items as needed.
• Handle linens, towels and supplies, following inventory procedures.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Adhere to safety protocols, company policies, confidentiality standards and quality guidelines.

• Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks safely.
• Commitment to delivering consistent, high‑quality service.
• Professional appearance, uniform compliance and clear communication.
• Willingness to work flexible hours in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
