About the role

As a Hotel Cleanliness Expert Stylist, you will help create memorable guest experiences by ensuring every area of the hotel is spotless, welcoming, and aligned with W Hotels’ luxury standards. You will work on Yas Island, delivering high‑quality housekeeping services across rooms and public spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, restocking carts and supplies as needed.
• Follow safety procedures, lift and move objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Uphold company policies, confidentiality, and professional uniform standards.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure consistent quality across the property.

• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• Commitment to safety, quality standards, and guest satisfaction.
• Professional demeanor and clear communication skills.

Required skills

• Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and carry items up to 50 lb.
