About the role
The Hotel Cleanliness Shift Leader ensures that every guest area of the property meets Marriott’s high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Working on the front line, you will create a memorable environment for guests while supporting the overall housekeeping team.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors, public spaces and service areas.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, restock housekeeping carts and supplies.
- Follow safety procedures, company policies and confidentiality guidelines.
- Uphold quality standards, professional uniform and appearance.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting and moving objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and handle physical workload.
- Commitment to a safe workplace and adherence to Marriott policies.
- Professional demeanor, reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work full‑time shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
