About the role
We are looking for a courteous and resourceful Hotel Concierge to be the first point of contact for our guests at One&Only One Za'abeel. You will play a pivotal role in delivering personalized recommendations and exceptional service that enhance every stay.
Key responsibilities
- Provide guests with tailored information on local attractions, restaurants, events, and transportation.
- Assist in planning family outings, romantic dinners, and other bespoke experiences.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and anticipate their needs throughout their visit.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience working as a concierge in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
