Hotel Customer Service Representative (Freelance)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and proactive Hotel Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dubai on a freelance basis. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling inquiries, calls, and messages to ensure a seamless and positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Resolve complaints and issues professionally, maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Provide accurate information about hotel products, services, and policies.
• Follow up with guests when required and keep detailed service records.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to address and solve guest concerns.
• Maintain courteous and professional communication at all times.

Required profile

• Secondary school education (or equivalent).
• Fresh graduate or no prior experience required.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Willingness to adhere to hotel standards and procedures.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy (email, office applications).
