Hotel Guest Environment Expert – Cleaner

About the role

As a Guest Environment Expert you will play a key part in delivering memorable experiences for hotel guests. Working in a luxury hotel environment, you will ensure rooms and public areas are spotless, well‑stocked, and ready for guest use.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and public spaces according to brand standards.
• Stock housekeeping carts with linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and service calls.
• Maintain safety and hygiene standards while handling cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Move, lift, and carry objects up to 50 lb without assistance as required.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month of housekeeping or cleaning experience.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform physical tasks safely.
• Commitment to following company policies, confidentiality, and quality standards.
• Professional appearance and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in standard cleaning techniques and use of housekeeping equipment.
• Ability to stock and organize carts efficiently.
