Housekeeper – Private Household

About the role

The Housekeeping Attendant provides high‑standard cleaning and presentation services within a private household in Abu Dhabi. Reporting to the Head of Household or Property Manager, the role ensures all living spaces are immaculate, well‑stocked and maintained to the household’s exacting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation of bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchens and ancillary spaces, including scheduled deep‑cleaning.
• Manage laundry operations for garments, bed linen and soft furnishings, applying correct methods for sorting, pressing and folding.
• Prepare rooms for guests and residents, handling bed making, turndown service, amenity replenishment and readiness checks.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies, report inventory levels and assist with ordering to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Handle household items, artwork and valuables with care and report any damage or loss promptly.
• Follow health, safety and hygiene protocols, maintain cleanliness records and use chemicals safely.
• Communicate discreetly with household staff and management, supporting colleagues during events or peak periods.
• Work flexibly, including occasional evenings, weekends and travel with the household as required.
